Product Manager, Card Issuing – Market Expansion

Job Description

Take ownership of the complete product workflow for introducing Reap's card-issuing system to markets in Europe and Africa. Spearhead the introduction of new card solutions within your designated markets. Develop comprehensive market requirement documentation, encompassing the entire card-issuing structure. Oversee project management for market expansion, collaborating across various functional teams. Maintain the go-live checklist for each market and card scheme. Manage the transition from a minimal viable product to a fully functional capability. Supervise ongoing business as usual (BAU) activities for your assigned markets. Monitor and address continuous changes in regulations.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of product management expertise in card issuing, with direct participation in launching card programs in new markets or jurisdictions. 2. Exhibit end-to-end knowledge of the card-issuing infrastructure. 3. Have experience interacting with card schemes (Visa and/or Mastercard). 4. Have experience managing processor relationships. 5. Be a proficient product operator. 6. Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across different time zones. 7. Strong written communication skills.
