Job Description

Join The Cigna Group as a Product Management Director and take ownership of driving product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across core platforms. Align your efforts with enterprise goals and translate business strategy, client insights, and market trends into clear, actionable product plans and investment recommendations. Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization. Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs that guide teams toward impactful results. Build and manage effective product governance practices that support transparent decision-making. Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams to ensure high-quality execution and alignment. Serve as a trusted product leader, aligning diverse teams around shared goals and customer needs. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of continuous discovery through rapid experimentation and prototyping. Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus. 2. 8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross-functional product teams. 3. Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments. 4. Strong technical fluency, including experience working within cloud-based platforms and modern digital ecosystems. 5. Hands-on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma to support disciplined delivery and collaboration. 6. Demonstrated ability to use data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product decisions. 7. Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
