Product Engineer

Job Description

Tooploox is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff. You'll work across the stack, including backend, APIs, LLM integrations, and data layers. The role involves utilizing coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to move fast, and building verification for AI-generated output, ensuring code is semantically correct. Responsibilities include partnering with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client problems, making scope tradeoffs, ensuring usability, running demos, gathering feedback, spotting patterns, documenting work, and improving team workflows.

Qualifications

1. Strong full-stack engineering ability 2. Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling 3. Curiosity and creativity 4. Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders 5. Problem discovery instincts 6. Client-facing confidence 7. Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching 8. Product and UX sensibility 9. Experience building internal tools or improving developer workflows (e.g. automation, MCPs, plugins, reusable components) (preferred)
