Product Engineer II – AiBLE, CST

Job Description

Medtronic is seeking a Product Engineer II to provide clinical, technical, and sales support to surgeons, hospital staff, and sales representatives. The engineer will help design patient-specific implants and drive post-operative data analytics, utilizing proprietary software to perform clinical X-ray measurements and simulate surgical corrections. The role involves delivering real-time measurement and planning support, collecting post-operative data for outcome analyses, reviewing surgical plans, and partnering with hospital staff to manage cases. Technical support in the operating room will also be required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience, OR an advanced degree in the same fields with a minimum of 0 years of experience. 3. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering. 4. Prior experience in spine or related clinical applications is preferred. 5. Strong time management and prioritization skills. 6. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail. 8. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
