Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer to design across a broad platform of multiple products, not just a single functional area. You will collaborate with founders and engineering throughout projects, avoiding a waterfall delivery model. You will be responsible for thinking through flows, systems, edge cases, permissions, and information architecture, designing for both web and mobile, including helping to rethink significant parts of our mobile application. You'll contribute to the design system as the product grows, translate customer problems into clear, fast, and usable product experiences, and help design AI-native workflows where AI genuinely enhances the product. Lastly, you will make strong trade-offs and know when to ship something that is good enough.

Qualifications

1. Experience designing complex, integrated B2B products with multiple workflows or product families. 2. Strong systems thinker with an engineering-minded approach to design. 3. Solid in designing both web and mobile products. 4. Comfortable working very closely with engineers and moving quickly. 5. High judgment, high output, and pragmatic regarding prioritization. 6. Excited to work as a peer with our existing designer, not in a mentorship role.
