Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Systems Specialist to provide operational and analytical support for Ryder's Procure-to-Pay and Vendor Management platforms. You will analyze and monitor end-to-end P2P and vendor management workflows, evaluate trends in system usage, inquiries, and recurring issues. This role involves serving as a subject-matter resource to internal stakeholders, administering and supporting designated Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) programs, reviewing and analyzing monthly supplier billings. Furthermore, you will participate in cross-functional discussions related to system enhancements, contribute to onboarding and training programs, and update and maintain user guides, SOPs, and reference materials. We're looking for someone passionate about procurement systems and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent. 2. 1 year or more of experience in Procurement Systems (specific to Workday and VNDLY) and/or Information Technology. 3. 1 year or more of experience facilitating training remotely through Teams or a similar platform. 4. Intermediate knowledge of P2P or VMS applications, such as Workday or VNDLY. 5. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent. 6. Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent. 7. Beginner-level knowledge of procurement and sourcing concepts. 8. Beginner-level knowledge of Accounting and Finance concepts.
