Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager

Job Description

Zenlayer is seeking a Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager to manage carrier relationships across North Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan). This role involves developing and executing procurement strategies for major networking equipment and accessories, partnering with internal business units on upcoming and long-term projects. The manager will prepare and present weekly and monthly P&L management reports to support business decision-making, monitor and optimize inventory management, and build and expand vendor channels. They will also identify operational process gaps, implement corrective actions, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.

Qualifications

1. Bilingual in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is preferred. 2. Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry. 3. Bachelor's degree in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field. 4. 8 years of related working experience in similar roles. 5. Excellent computer skills. 6. Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible. 7. Great written and verbal communication skills.
