Process Improvement Specialist
Job Description
Seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to enhance organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include identifying and executing enterprise-wide process improvements utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA, or similar methodologies to support business infrastructure and the acquisition of new business opportunities. You will support performance improvement projects, assist with the implementation and training of functional areas, monitor project key performance metrics, facilitate cross-functional teams, and communicate process gaps to management. Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies; healthcare industry experience preferred. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of process mapping and design. 4. Familiarity with statistical applications and project management software. 5. LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt, CAPM-PMI certification preferred. 6. Black Belt or PMP certification preferred.
