Process Analyst – Well Engineering

Job Description

Seeking a Process Analyst to focus on mapping and optimizing offshore well processes. This role involves defining and documenting the logical sequence of activities performed by different teams and management to deliver a product or service. The analyst will facilitate collaborative meetings with stakeholders, organize activities into a logical flow, and ensure process mapping establishes continuity and sustainability. Responsibilities include mapping activities in Execution Standards, aligned with Process Standards and Guidelines, and recording process flows using modeling tools or spreadsheets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active CREA registration. 2. Experience in offshore wells. 3. Experience with ARIS and/or Bizagi. 4. As-Is and To-Be process modeling skills. 5. Knowledge of BPMN and/or EPC notations. 6. Ability to create Macro Flow Diagrams. 7. Proficiency in Swimlane Diagrams. 8. Familiarity with SIPOC. 9. Knowledge of RACI Matrix. 10. Ability to create Technical manuals. 11. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel proficiency. 12. Intermediate English.
