The Freelance Firm is looking for a Probate Paralegal to provide remote, on-demand support for short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients on Florida probate matters and managing cases efficiently while maintaining high-level professional communication.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida probate matters 2. Strong understanding of Florida probate procedures and processes 3. Experience drafting probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, inventories, and accountings 4. Ability to manage probate matters from start to finish 5. Strong client communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally 6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines 7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment 8. Proven ability to meet deadlines and move cases forward efficiently 9. Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently 10. Proactive and professional communication skills
