Shape the future of Private Label across Europe as a Strategic Marketing Director. Lead cross-regional platform standardization, champion sustainability through product transitions, and drive complexity reduction for improved efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio alignment and influence strategic capital allocation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree required 2. MBA preferred 3. 12-15+ years of progressive leadership in Product Management, Commercial, Operations, or R&D 4. Experience in multinational packaging or adjacent manufacturing sectors 5. Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modelling and business case development 6. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive executive alignment 7. Experience working across multiple regions; EMEA and North America experience preferred.
