Job Description
Shape regional revenue ambitions and drive commercial growth. Spearhead and implement the commercial strategy for the Private Label business across Europe. Cultivate and enhance relationships with global and regional retailers at the executive tier. Guide market activation, retail engagement initiatives, and value proposition development. Mentor, coach, and direct performance of Regional Key Account Leaders.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree is a must. 2. MBA is an added advantage. 3. Over 15 years of progressive commercial leadership in multinational B2B settings. 4. Established success in managing substantial revenue portfolios from $250M–$500M+. 5. Solid financial insight. 6. Experience in effective cross-regional, functional, and business unit collaboration. 7. Superior negotiation abilities and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
