Print Support Administrator
Job Description
The Print Support Administrator is responsible for providing daily support for assigned RICOH-managed devices within the customer's operations. The role ensures consistent print availability and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). Key duties include responding to customer inquiries, addressing service alerts, providing technical assistance, and delivering training, all with a strong emphasis on superior customer service. The administrator monitors the fleet program to ensure performance standards are met, collaborating with RICOH, third-party vendors, and internal support teams to proactively prevent and resolve issues. Additionally, the administrator supports ongoing fleet optimization, identifies device usage patterns, manages IMACD processes, and reports asset and service contract information.
Qualifications
1. A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is typically required. 2. Basic understanding of printers, multifunction printers, and devices is necessary. 3. Minimum of 2 years of project or program management experience with a proven track record of customer service success is essential.
