Job Description

Join RTX as a Principal Specialist, Customer Service Representative, where you'll provide comprehensive customer service. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing product status and delivery inquiries. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and documentation to ensure traceability. Proactively identify and document customer needs and concerns. Serve as a vital link between customers and internal support teams. Utilize SAP for order administration tasks, including data entry, service estimate management, and delivery/shipment creation. Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks independently after training.

Qualifications

1. A university degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience is required. 2. Proven experience in data entry for information input and retrieval. 3. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role.
