Job Description

Join Celonis as a Principal Project Manager and lead intricate customer transformation initiatives, influencing project outcomes from inception to completion. Your role involves meticulous planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee resources, scope, and budgets across multiple projects, crafting detailed plans that prioritize rapid delivery and resource optimization. Engage with senior stakeholders to align goals, address requests, and resolve issues. Communicate project status regularly, proactively manage risks, and mentor the implementation team to uphold Celonis' methodology. Contribute to the refinement of Celonis Services methods, expertise, and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations. 2. Extensive experience in project management disciplines. 3. Strong communication skills and a background in consulting. 4. Experience in people managing consulting teams. 5. Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals. 6. A history of working with an ecosystem of partners. 7. Ability to effectively set and manage customer expectations. 8. Strong analytical skills. 9. Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products. 10. Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile). 11. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field.
