Principal Product Manager

Job Description

As a Principal Product Manager, you will: - Craft, articulate, and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company's overarching goals. - Spearhead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, development, and launch of products that realize the product vision. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, collaborating with engineering and UX teams to translate them into clear product requirements and user stories. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product effectiveness, continuously analyzing data to guide product decisions and gauge success. - Cultivate relationships and manage expectations with a diverse array of cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Mentor junior product managers in product management best practices, fostering their professional development. - Conduct routine data-driven business reviews, evaluating product performance and revenue/market achievements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. A minimum of 10 years of product management experience within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments. 2. A demonstrated history of successfully launching products and shaping product strategies. 3. Strong analytical capabilities to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for informed product decisions, executive buy-in, and measurable outcomes. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective influence and collaboration across all levels and impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders. 5. Solid understanding of technical concepts, analytical methodologies, and UI/UX design principles, with the ability to delve into details while maintaining a focus on broader objectives. 6. Proactive mindset, ownership, and accountability to interpret ambiguous priorities, manage competing inputs, and drive initiatives forward amidst complexity. 7. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
