Job Description

Seeking a Principal HR Consultant to provide strategic advice to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants. Responsibilities include identifying compliance concerns, supporting legal investigations, promoting best practices in employee relations, and maintaining HR metrics. Play a pivotal role in shaping positive employee experiences and ensuring regulatory adherence within our organization.

Qualifications

1. Requires 8 years of general human resources experience at an exempt level in a multi-state/location service line of business. 2. Requires 8 years demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence. 3. Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation. 4. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. 5. HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred upon hire. 6. Requires 5 years of Project Management experience. 7. Requires 5 years of experience in Drug-Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, and ADA/LOA. 8. Requires 5 years of Supervision of Human Resources staff experience.
