Principal Client Value Partner – Retail

Job Description

Analyze client strategic goals and align them with a long-term vision using Process Intelligence software. Optimize value chains, focusing on procurement and inventory management. Implement anti-shrink detection, robotics, and automation for retail innovation. Develop business cases and AI roadmaps. Leverage Celonis expertise for value assessments and strategic roadmaps. Lead process improvement for Fortune 500 clients and establish Process Mining Centers of Excellence. Create data models and automations to correct errors. Facilitate process mapping workshops and accelerate Proof of Concepts. Deliver P&L and working capital savings by automating workflows. Manage architectural risk, ensure AI data privacy, and codify best practices. Build partnerships and drive innovation with IoT, computer vision, and experimental GPUs. Manage global deployments.

Qualifications

1. 15+ years of experience in large-scale platform design and operations, preferably in Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain with Strategy Consulting. 2. Proven consulting progression as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Director, or Vice President. 3. Track record of driving large-scale transformation programs with P&L impact through inventory optimization and logistics efficiency. 4. Experience managing multi-year deployments for CPG clients and understanding accounts payable and procurement operations. 5. Understanding of the modern supply chain stack (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS/WMS systems). 6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
