Job Description

Take ownership of the evolution of our market research platform. Architect sophisticated, privacy-focused AI functionalities for global clients. Spearhead the transformation of the internal development lifecycle through AI-augmented engineering practices. Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration layers using leading frameworks. Implement cutting-edge RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, efficient prompt caching mechanisms, and intelligent model routing strategies. Ensure that all AI-driven functionalities strictly adhere to the most stringent market research privacy standards. Lead the seamless integration of AI-driven UI components developed in React with highly scalable back-end services built on Node.js. Provide expert guidance in the selection and implementation of vector databases and comprehensive monitoring tools. Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development methodologies and curate comprehensive toolsets to enhance engineering efficiency. Empower the broader engineering team by delivering comprehensive training and guidance on AI best practices.

Qualifications

1. Possess 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience. 2. Demonstrate 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation. 3. Exhibit expert-level proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and React. 4. Have deep experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector), and orchestration libraries. 5. Show a proven track record of designing distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data streaming. 6. Maintain familiarity with advanced data anonymization techniques and compliance frameworks within a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
