Pricing Coordinator
Job Description
This role involves creating, maintaining, and providing accurate pricing information to internal teams, as well as administering the company's pricing policies. A successful Pricing Coordinator will develop strong working relationships with Price Analysts and Customer Care to validate and resolve price discrepancies efficiently. Key responsibilities include high-volume data entry and price uploads, reviewing and administering pricing templates, and ensuring clear documentation of all communication and approvals for all pricing processes. The Pricing Coordinator will also troubleshoot pricing entry issues, perform root cause analysis for pricing errors, and generate price lists for internal distribution. Effective communication and accountability are crucial for maintaining accurate price records and customer-specific pricing details. Special pricing-related projects will also be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma required; a BS degree is a plus. 2. 3 years of clerical experience utilizing computers, accounting, or Customer Service skills. 3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access. 4. Basic understanding of sales order processes and pricing concepts within an ERP system in a manufacturing environment. 5. Proficiency in JD Edwards software is a plus. 6. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidential information responsibly. 7. Ability to multitask and work independently and in teams. 8. Ability to travel when required.
