Job Description

As a Premier Success Manager, you'll be a vital advocate, ensuring high-touch engagement for Extreme Networks' key customers. You'll guide customers through onboarding, adoption, growth, and renewal. A successful Premier Success Manager will leverage an understanding of customer operations and products to strengthen relationships. You will proactively engage customers, gathering feedback for product improvement and prioritization. Regular communication is key, with quarterly reviews to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2. Five years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field, preferably network operations related. 3. Five years of customer support experience in data processing, data communications, or a related environment. 4. Experience managing high-profile tasks or projects within a mid-level management role. 5. Strong French and English language skills are essential.
