Pre Sales Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, where you'll partner with sales teams to drive technical strategy and successful deal outcomes. Your role involves leading technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs, assessing risks, and defining objectives. You will validate technical alignment, clarify scope, and determine delivery feasibility before finalizing pricing. As a technical expert, you'll build confidence with IT leaders, addressing technical objections and security concerns, translating findings into clear solution recommendations, and contributing technical insights for proposals and security documentation. You'll also deliver customized demonstrations of our IT, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in IT sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting. 2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches) and virtualization and cloud principles. 3. Comfortable presenting to technical and executive teams. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
