Pre-Sales Lead
Job Description
Support the Sales team by enabling them with insights, expertise, and relevant tools to master our platform. Listen to and understand prospects’ needs, then collaborate internally to tailor Alan's solutions to best address them. Build a thorough understanding of prospects and assess the alignment of our offerings with their functional needs. Contribute to RFP submissions by working with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts to craft Alan’s response. Join the customer acquisition journey to advocate for our services and products. Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing Alan’s platform roadmap. Ensure smooth transitions for new customers through meticulous handover preparations. Participate in and potentially lead the most complex customer onboarding processes. Collaborate closely with colleagues in France to share best practices and develop a unified global strategy.
Qualifications
1. 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment. 2. Fluent in written and verbal English. 3. Fluent in written and verbal Dutch OR French. 4. Based in Belgium. 5. Experienced in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s). 6. Skilled at transparently pitching a product without overselling. 7. Able to quickly identify root causes of customer concerns through active listening. 8. Assertive with the ability to handle objections. 9. Capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying product gaps for optimal solutions. 10. Excellent at providing insights and context to influence product development. 11. Thrive at managing high-level stakeholders. 12. Excel at prioritizing tasks and meeting commitments. 13. Love teamwork and continuously seek learning and growth.
