Job Description
Join our team as a Pre-sales Administrator, where you will support bid managers in the RFI, RFP, and RFQ phases, with increasing responsibilities. The role involves preparing and ensuring the quality of proposal documentation, including offers, technical concepts, pricing, and Q&A. You'll manage deadlines, schedules, and document versions to keep the bid team informed. Additionally, you will maintain the central proposal library for efficient reuse of references, text modules, and CVs. Generating regular status updates, checklists, and reports for internal meetings and client presentations is also key. You will also handle e-procurement platform submissions and perform essential PMO tasks like scheduling, minute-taking, action tracking, and decision documentation.
Qualifications
1. A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Informatics, or Law is beneficial. 2. Exposure to project work, proposal management, or administrative coordination is helpful; a strong willingness to learn is essential. 3. Proactive and team-oriented approach. 4. Structured, reliable, detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on deadlines and clear communication. 5. Very strong written German (C1+) and good English proficiency. 6. Proficient in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and adaptable to new digital tools.
