Practice Manager

Job Description

Join Snowflake as a Practice Manager and lead Services Delivery for the Japan region. Drive success for enterprise customers in the data platform space. Develop service roadmaps, manage project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partner teams to identify and pursue service opportunities. Lead internal approval processes, manage bookings forecasts, and align service engagements with customer business outcomes. Drive process improvement initiatives, standardize scoping, and leverage AI tools for efficiency. Catalog reusable assets and monitor key performance indicators to drive insights and improve delivery governance. Mentor junior team members and foster a 'PSD Seller' mindset. Collaborate globally to share best practices and provide feedback.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in Sales & Services Delivery or equivalent roles. 2. Experience with complex technical projects for enterprise customers, such as cloud DWH/data platform implementation and AI/ML adoption. 3. Experience in executive engagement (CxO to VP level) and stakeholder management. 4. Direct operational experience in data warehousing/BI/cloud. 5. Preferred experience with Snowflake and other cloud DWH and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). 6. Proven track record of achieving numerical KPIs in SD business or similar organizations. 7. Strong business literacy and technical understanding. 8. Ability to understand customer business goals and translate them into Snowflake platform use cases. 9. Ability to discuss architectural and implementation constraints with technical teams. 10. Strong organizational and communication skills to lead agreement formation across multiple departments. 11. Strong organizational skills and ownership, capable of managing multiple projects/accounts concurrently. 12. Experience in technical advisory roles such as Solution Architect/Technical Account Manager (preferred). 13. Experience collaborating with Data / AI / Analytics partner ecosystems (SI, GSI, ISV, etc.) is a plus.
