PPC Specialist
Job Description
Join Ovation Law Firm as a PPC Specialist and take charge of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube for our Lemon Law and Personal Injury practices. Develop and implement lead generation strategies that prioritize qualified lead quality, cost per retained case, and return on ad spend. Continuously optimize campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and ad copy within Google Ads. Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords, and analyze search terms tailored to legal intent and geographic targeting. Execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve performance. Collaborate with creative and intake teams to ensure alignment. Monitor budgets daily, identify issues and opportunities, and provide insight-led performance reports. Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and legal advertising rules. Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.
Qualifications
1. 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in lead generation (not eCommerce). 2. Experience in legal, insurance, home services, healthcare, or similar verticals preferred. 3. Expertise across Google Ads campaign types (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube). 4. Experience managing significant ad budgets with accountability for results. 5. Strong analytical skills to identify waste and opportunities in dashboards. 6. Proven ability to optimize for lead quality and cost per retained client. 7. Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM strategy. 8. Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written. 9. Self-sufficient and proactive in a remote environment.
