PPC, Paid Search Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a PPC / Paid Search Specialist to develop and optimize paid search campaigns for a leading digital marketing agency. As a PPC Specialist, you will: - Implement paid search strategies aligned with client goals and industry verticals. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing opportunities. - Write compelling ad copy for search and display campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines to maximize clicks and conversions. - Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Local Services, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads. - Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and meet performance goals. - Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and GA4. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding. - Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations based on data insights. - Stay up-to-date on platform updates and best practices in major PPC channels.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have: 1. 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns. 2. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Tag Manager. 3. Experience with Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads. 4. A strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ad rank mechanics. 5. Proven ability to write effective ad copy and perform A/B testing. 6. Experience using GA4 and connecting analytics with advertising platforms. 7. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights. 8. Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries. 9. Google Ads certification is a plus.
