Post Market Clinical Review Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as a Clinical Review Specialist, offering essential support in post-market complaint review. Collaborate with post-market complaint operations and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to coding guidelines. Review complaint intakes for coding accuracy, providing written narratives to meet FDA standards. Work with the Medical Safety Office and Medical Office to update guidelines to the Coding Guide. Offer clinical support for post-market customer outreach and engineering needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate field teams on the complaint handling process. Support research teams in efficiently and compliantly reporting complaints.

Qualifications

1. Requires a minimum of 5 years of cardiology experience. 2. Demonstrate effective collaboration through previous partnerships and activities. 3. Preferred experience with the complete Abiomed product portfolio. 4. Must possess a keen sense of prioritization, organization, flexibility, and time management for maximum effectiveness. 5. Able to maintain confidentiality, establish secure filing procedures, and safeguard materials and information. 6. Possess executive communication skills. 7. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism. 8. Ability to influence cross-functional teams constructively. 9. Proficiency in medical writing skills. 10. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is required.
