Job Description

Take charge of project management for broadband/telecom and electric energy initiatives. Spearhead the planning and execution of projects, proactively addressing challenges and crafting effective solutions. Anticipate and adeptly manage risks with robust mitigation strategies. Provide expert advice to clients, grasping their needs and collaborating on tailored solutions. Own project scope and delivery, ensuring clear expectations and results. Manage financial aspects, including budgets, invoicing oversight, and impact assessments of scope adjustments. Foster seamless collaboration across teams. Lead stakeholder communication with timely, transparent updates. Mentor junior team members by sharing valuable insights and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Possess 3+ years of project management experience in telecom/broadband, electric, energy, utilities (transmission), or construction. 2. Demonstrate the ability to independently lead and manage projects from start to finish. 3. Exhibit a strong grasp of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. 4. Have experience in client engagement, serving as the main point of contact. 5. Skillfully identify project risks and challenges, devising strategic solutions. 6. Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and performance tracking. 7. Be proficient in project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Excel, and Teams. 8. Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 9. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. 10. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project managers. 11. Adapt to change and lead projects effectively.
