Job Description

We're seeking a Player Support Agent to provide comprehensive support to our gaming community. You will address player inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback via tickets, email, chat, and forums. Complex issues are escalated to relevant teams, and you will help draft player-facing communications. You'll also monitor player feedback, report trends, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications

1. Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. 2. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must. 3. A passion for video games and an understanding of gaming communities are expected. 4. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. 6. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools is necessary. 7. Previous experience in player support or the gaming industry is a plus. 8. Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous. 9. Experience handling online communities or forums is desirable.
