Join our team and take 4 to 6 Zoom sales calls daily, each typically lasting 1 hour. Convert warm inbound leads into high-value personal training packages. Engage in daily sales meetings, complete reporting and administrative tasks, and collaborate closely with appointment setters and the sales team. Adhere to the company's proven sales process and coaching guidelines to maximize your success.

Qualifications

1. Experience in selling personal training, fitness memberships, or wellness services is highly desirable. 2. Excellent English communication skills are essential. 3. Must be confident and comfortable conducting sales calls via phone and Zoom. 4. A coachable, driven, and performance-focused mindset is crucial. 5. Must be available to commit to full-time hours, working at least 40 hours per week.
