Personal Training Sales Representative
Job Description
Join Svetness as a Personal Training Sales Representative and conduct 4 to 6 Zoom sales calls daily, each lasting about 1 hour. You will focus on converting warm inbound leads into personal training packages, attend daily sales meetings, and handle daily reporting and administrative tasks. Collaboration with appointment setters and the sales team is essential, as is following the company's sales process and coaching guidelines.
Qualifications
1. Experience in selling personal training, fitness memberships, or wellness services is highly preferred. 2. Commitment to full-time hours of at least 40 hours per week is required. 3. Availability for some evenings and weekends is necessary. 4. Strong English communication skills are essential. 5. Confidence on the phone and on Zoom is a must. 6. Must be coachable, driven, and performance-focused. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment is crucial. 8. Experience in high-ticket sales, insurance, phone sales, outbound prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person sales is a significant advantage.
