Perioperative Sales Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Perioperative Sales Specialist to drive business development in acute care hospitals. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan focused on competitive conversions and revenue growth. * Building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities across assigned hospitals and surgery centers. * Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluations to position Mindray’s anesthesia and monitoring solutions as the preferred choice. * Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members, including Clinical Specialists, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Service, and Sales Support teams. * Leading post-sale efforts by coordinating installations, in-services, and customer satisfaction initiatives. * Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders, including anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR directors, and biomedical engineers. * Contributing to regional and national strategic initiatives to grow Mindray’s brand and support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development. * Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure focus and alignment with company goals. * Optionally serving as a Field Trainer, supporting onboarding and development of new sales hires.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2. Proven success in capital or medical equipment sales. 3. Strong cold-calling, pipeline management, and presentation skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 5. Ability to build trust and navigate complex decision-making processes within hospitals. 6. High energy, strategic thinking, and self-motivation. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM tools. 8. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple divisions.
