Seeking a Performance Video Editor and Graphic Designer to craft compelling D2C ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Transform raw and user-generated content into conversion-optimized videos with scroll-stopping hooks and captivating storytelling. Generate hyper-realistic AI videos and visuals, repurpose content across platforms, and rapidly test winning creative iterations, leveraging AI tools for accelerated production and ideation. Collaborate on the development of overall creative strategy, ensuring high-quality creative output and velocity across various projects.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of video editing and graphic design experience. 2. Proven experience with D2C and performance marketing creatives. 3. Strong understanding of human psychology and buyer behavior. 4. Ability to translate insights into high-converting creatives. 5. Understanding of hooks, retention, and ad fatigue. 6. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, and Photoshop (or equivalent). 7. Ability to create clean, premium, brand-aligned visuals. 8. Experience generating hyper-realistic AI videos and creatives. 9. Strong interest in AI and willingness to lead AI adoption within the creative function. 10. Highly productive and self-motivated. 11. Open to learning new tools, skills, and responsibilities. 12. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment. 13. Actively keeps up with trends in creative and AI. Nice to have: 14. Understanding of direct response marketing. 15. Experience working with creative strategists or media buyers.
