Job Description

Spearhead strategic marketing initiatives focused on healthcare professional engagement. This role involves creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each project, carefully considering audience segmentation, targeted messaging, optimal channel selection, timelines, and budget allocation. Set clear performance objectives, such as traffic, lead generation, learner participation, completion rates, or registrations, in collaboration with leadership, and develop detailed campaign strategies to meet or surpass these targets. Perform thorough competitive and market analysis to identify unique positioning opportunities and refine promotional approaches. Leverage historical campaign data, examining pacing curves, channel-specific conversion rates, lifecycle stage patterns, and audience demographics, to uncover trends and inform marketing strategies. Construct predictive performance models for each initiative based on historical data, providing data-supported insights for marketing plans, including anticipated performance timelines and channel contribution forecasts. Establish and maintain benchmarking frameworks for performance tracking, enabling comparisons across initiatives and monitoring performance over time. Adopt a yield management approach to campaign performance, understanding and utilizing all available promotional tools, such as pricing incentives, discount codes, flash promotions, content announcements, partner activations, retargeting strategies, deadline extensions, and SEO/SEM adjustments, based on their historical effectiveness. Take ownership of strategy and performance across all promotional channels, including email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, website and landing page optimization, and influencer programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for the initiative's key performance indicators, such as website traffic, completion rates, and registrations.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on performance-driven promotion in areas such as digital products, educational programs, and events/conferences. 2. Demonstrate a consistent track record of owning a primary performance KPI, such as traffic, online program engagement, completion rates, registrations, or lead generation, and consistently achieving or exceeding targets. 3. Exhibit proven expertise in managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web platforms. 4. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including experience in building reports, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into actionable strategies. 5. Show the ability to analyze historical campaign performance data and use findings to build predictive models or forecasts that guide future strategy. 6. Understand yield management concepts, including promotional levers, cost-per-acquisition modeling, and budget scenario planning to improve performance against targets. 7. Possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in planning, executing, and reporting. 8. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present status updates and strategic recommendations to leadership. 9. Have experience directing creative and specialist resources to deliver campaign assets on time and within specifications.
