PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Consultant

Job Description

Seeking a PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Consultant to refine HR technology architecture. The consultant will spearhead the evaluation and deployment of the PeopleSoft Person Model, design and oversee solutions utilizing the complete PeopleTools suite, and revise and uphold COBOL programs linked to HCM batch operations. This role also involves constructing and refining integrations between PeopleSoft and external platforms, assessing existing configurations to advise on adaptable implementation strategies, crafting superior technical documentation, and delivering practical training to internal teams.

Qualifications

1. Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM. 2. Expertise in PeopleTools. 3. Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing COBOL programs within a PeopleSoft environment. 4. A comprehensive understanding of HR data structures and the intricacies of effective dating. 5. Proven experience in connecting PeopleSoft to third-party platforms (Benefits, Payroll, IDM).
