People Programs Manager

Job Description

Shape our continuous feedback culture and scale development programs at Fluxon. Build on existing People Ops, understand performance reviews, and identify improvements. Assess learning gaps across all levels and functions. Prioritize and launch 1–2 high-impact pilots, like manager enablement and onboarding improvements. Contribute to shaping our workforce practices.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 4 years in People Operations/HR, designing and running programs. 2. Experience taking programs from inception to launch, with lessons learned. 3. Cross-functional collaboration skills to build partnerships. 4. Excellent execution with research and strong foundation-building. 5. Focus on the team's experience and its impact.
