Job Description

Join Veeam Software as a People Partner, serving as the HR lead for DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics. This role is the primary point of contact for all HR matters in these regions. You will advise people managers and HR partners on local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations. Support people managers with employee life-cycle activities, such as annual compensation reviews, performance ratings, and hiring. Implement global People & Culture programs locally and drive employee engagement and workplace satisfaction initiatives. Monitor and report on HR KPIs, trends, and risks.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). 2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across Southern Europe, with particular expertise in French labor law. 3. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. 4. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. 5. High attention to detail and accuracy in execution. 6. Progressive HR experience. 7. Experience in matrixed or multinational organizations is a strong plus. 8. Fluent in English and German.
