Job Description

Join BJAK as a People Operations Specialist and contribute to the smooth execution of HR operations. This role involves preparing and managing HR documentation such as employment letters, confirmations, extensions, and transfers. Maintain precise employee records across HRIS and internal systems, ensuring timely updates. Support onboarding by preparing documents, coordinating system access, and ensuring readiness for new hires. Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records, flagging discrepancies and aiding payroll reporting. Assist with benefits administration, including insurance enrolment and claims coordination. Additionally, support offboarding by managing clearance processes, system access removal, asset returns, and final documentation. Participate in HR data audits and compliance checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or related roles. 2. Strong attention to detail in data and documentation handling. 3. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. 4. Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR documentation workflows. 5. Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach. 6. Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion.
