Job Description
We are seeking a People Programs Manager to join our People Operations team. This role is crucial in enhancing our feedback culture, guiding employee development, and creating scalable programs. Responsibilities include: - Understanding our People Ops philosophy and current programs. - Analyzing our performance review process to identify areas for simplification and improvement. - Assessing learning and growth gaps across different roles and levels, setting clear priorities. - Implementing 1-2 impactful pilot programs, such as manager training, feedback mechanisms, and enhanced onboarding.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. At least 4 years of experience in People Operations or HR, focused on designing and managing programs. 2. Experience taking programs from inception to implementation, with a clear understanding of successes, failures, and areas for improvement. 3. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to build partnerships and engage stakeholders. 4. Excellent execution skills, including thoughtful research and planning before diving into tactical steps. 5. A focus on creating impactful and positive employee experiences.
