People Operations Associate
Job Description
As a People Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the smooth operation of our teams. Your role includes administering employee changes in our People systems, managing benefit sign-ups and opt-outs, and issuing contractual change letters. You will also handle offboarding processes and support payroll compilation and queries. Managing caregiver leave processes and acting as a point of knowledge for people policies will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to designing scalable People Operations workflows and supporting people-wide projects to help improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Hands-on experience with HRIS implementations and workflow design. 2. Strong understanding of People Operations requirements. 3. Ability to adapt processes to fit new systems. 4. Proactive identification of opportunities to improve and streamline ways of working. 5. Great prioritization skills. 6. Strong attention to detail. 7. Strong communication skills.
