Job Description

Join Product Hackers as a People Experience HR professional, bridging the gap between the company's purpose and its talent. You will ensure every internal interaction adds value, attract top-tier talent, and transform the employee lifecycle into an agile, technological, and deeply human process. Lead one-on-one sessions, act as an emotional barometer for the team, understand underlying concerns, and foster a sense of security. Translate feedback and metrics into tangible initiatives for continuous improvement and provide strategic support to managers. Ensure internal communications are transparent and engaging.

Qualifications

1. Solid experience (3-5 years) in technical selection and people operations within Tech/Consulting environments. 2. Assertive communication skills and high emotional intelligence for managing difficult conversations with composure. 3. Self-starter with the autonomy to identify improvement opportunities and proactively execute them. 4. Clear business acumen, understanding how your role directly impacts the company's scalability and growth. 5. Proficiency in the digital environment, comfortable with ATS configuration, HR software, and data analysis for informed decision-making. 6. English level B1-B2. 7. Residence in Spain.
