Job Description

KLDiscovery is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to provide HR support in a dynamic global setting. You will collaborate with management to implement HR programs and initiatives, ensuring cultural alignment through onboarding and performance management. Responsibilities include creating documentation, partnering with leaders for employee assessments, managing department communications, and ensuring positive onboarding experiences. The role involves analyzing employee turnover, identifying gaps, and staying updated on employment laws. Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 2. HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) preferred. 3. 8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global environment. 4. Proven ability to provide customer service and support to internal and external contacts. 5. Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations and regulations. 6. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information. 7. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 8. Intermediate HR systems experience. 9. Commitment to KLDiscovery cultural values. 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
