PDO Operations Analyst

Job Description

Healthfirst is seeking a PDO Operations Analyst to optimize provider data workflows. This role involves analyzing data to identify inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve turnaround times and reduce manual effort. You'll reconcile provider data across systems, pinpoint discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities include participating in QA/UAT testing, analyzing data trends, preparing performance reports, and developing standard operating procedures and training materials.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field preferred. 2. 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider data management, or process optimization. 3. Experience analyzing data trends and identifying inconsistencies or discrepancies across systems. 4. Ability to perform data reconciliation and root-cause analysis to resolve operational issues. 5. Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and create spreadsheets; standardize reports across multiple worksheets; utilize VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and functions; create, interpret, and analyze pivot tables; and apply filtering, conditional formatting, and data validation techniques to generate accurate and meaningful results.
