Payroll and Personnel Analyst
Job Description
We're seeking a Payroll and Personnel Analyst to manage full personnel and payroll operations, including onboarding, terminations, vacations, payroll processing, tax management, and payroll-related expenses. The role includes performing monthly reconciliations and validations, ensuring compliance with obligations such as DIRF/eSocial. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance and accuracy across all labor-related processes, proactively identify and prevent errors, and provide support and coaching to the area assistant, serving as a technical reference. This position requires excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth delivery while working with multiple clients in an accounting office environment.
Qualifications
1. Solid experience in Personnel/Payroll (minimum 5 years). 2. Experience in an accounting office (significant plus). 3. Strong command of full Personnel/Payroll routines. 4. Knowledge of the Domínio system (advantage). 5. Employment type: PJ (contracted as a legal entity). 6. Availability during business hours.
