Payroll Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processes for our independent contractors (PJ) at JET Brasil. Your responsibilities will encompass daily, weekly, and bi-weekly payment processing, handling high-volume payroll operations across multiple CNPJs, and providing support to employees for payroll-related inquiries. Maintaining clear communication with the finance department and ensuring accuracy in all payroll activities is essential. This is a remote opportunity to contribute to our financial operations.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in managing high-volume payrolls (100+ employees, ideally 200+). 2. Demonstrated experience working with multiple CNPJs simultaneously. 3. Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable. 4. Analytical and organized with strong communication capabilities. 5. Familiarity with Senior system is a significant advantage.
