Patent Counsel (M/W/D)

Job Description

We are seeking a Patent Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for leading tech startups. You will collaborate with startup founders, product managers, and engineers to protect their key innovations. You will also manage the IP portfolios of startups and coordinate with external lawyers.

Qualifications

1. Fully qualified Patent Attorney (USA, EPO, and/or Germany). 2. Significant experience in semiconductors, physics, and electronics. 3. Professional proficiency in German and English. 4. Startup DNA: Thrive in fast-paced environments. 5. Practical, proactive, and able to make complex legal concepts understandable. 6. Uncompromising eye for detail without losing sight of the 'big picture' business objectives. 7. Excellent communication skills: Ability to formulate ideas precisely.
