Job Description
Become our Partnerships Marketing Manager and take the lead in enhancing revenue through strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities include: • Managing the partner portfolio, which involves identifying, integrating, and boosting revenue generation. • Finding and cultivating relationships with promising partners across different channels. • Negotiating business terms and creating effective partnership models. • Managing a network of reseller partners, providing thorough onboarding, enablement, and active sales strategies. • Creating essential partner resources like playbooks, pitch decks, and pricing. • Tracking and maximizing crucial KPIs, such as revenue, time to first revenue, partner activity rate, and revenue per partner. • Building relationships with technology and integration partners to discover co-marketing opportunities. • Working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success). • Recruiting and overseeing affiliates, influencers, and content creators for top-tier partnerships. • Scaling co-marketing initiatives, including content collaborations and webinars. • Driving partner activation from initial onboarding to consistent revenue generation. • Equipping partners with resources to promote and sell effectively. • Using data-driven insights for crucial decisions, optimizing partnerships, and ensuring profitability.
Qualifications
1. Requires 4–8 years of experience in partnership, affiliate, or partner marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. 2. Must have experience handling reseller, affiliate/influencer, or technology/integration partnerships. 3. Proven skills in driving measurable revenue growth through partnerships. 4. Commercial acumen with negotiation skills to form mutually beneficial agreements. 5. Capability to initiate and nurture partner relationships across diverse types. 6. Proficiency in data-driven performance tracking and optimization. 7. Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives. 8. Outcome-oriented with a focus on revenue and partner productivity. 9. Confidence in making decisive decisions regarding partnership performance. 10. Proactive attitude with the agility to thrive in a dynamic environment. 11. Fluent in English.
