Partnerships Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to cultivate and manage relationships with our referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers. This role involves making outbound calls to warm leads, gathering feedback, and introducing our referral process. The Partnerships Associate will convert suitable contacts into active referrers, explain how Juno works, and set appropriate expectations. Evaluating potential partners to ensure they align with Juno's values and goals is key. You will be responsible for monitoring referral activity, including lead flow and conversion rates, and working towards weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

1. Experience in making outbound calls to initiate and develop business relationships. 2. Proven experience building or managing ongoing relationships with external partners or clients. 3. Track record of working towards targets or KPIs related to business growth, partnerships, or revenue. 4. Ability to take ownership of a pipeline and being accountable for its performance. 5. Previous experience in conveyancing, estate agency, mortgage brokerage, or a related field is desirable.
