Partnership Manager
Job Description
Seeking a Partnership Manager to proactively identify, develop, and secure high-value corporate partnership opportunities. Build a strong and sustainable new business pipeline across priority sectors. Lead early conversations with prospective partners, shaping opportunities and moving them confidently through the pipeline to close. Create compelling, tailored proposals, pitches, and partnership models that align commercial objectives with Marie Curie’s mission. Collaborate closely with internal teams across fundraising, communications, and caring services to bring partnership ideas to life. Leverage trustee, senior volunteer, and stakeholder networks to unlock new relationships and opportunities. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet and exceed income targets. Represent Marie Curie externally, building trusted relationships and raising awareness of our work and impact.
Qualifications
1. Proven success in new business development, sales, commercial partnerships, or corporate fundraising. 2. Confidence in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers. 3. Strategic and commercially-minded thinking with strong negotiation skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proposal and pitch delivery. 5. Resilience, drive, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
